Fujian Jiulong Valley National Forest Park is located in Changtai Town, Chengxiang District, Putian City, Fujian Province, 32 kilometres from Putian City, with a forest coverage of over 95% and a total area of 1148 hectares. It is known as the "back garden" of Putian. The scenic area was approved as a provincial forest park in November 2004, and was named as a national forest park in 2006, a national AAAA tourist attraction in 2013, and a national water conservancy scenic area in 2017. The vegetation zoning is "Southeast Fujian Dayun Mountains East Humid Warm Subtropical Rainforest Community", with rich landscape resources of flora and fauna.
