The Laser Smart Town (Laser Industrial Park) is located in Suqian City Suqian Economic Development Zone, east of Ke Xing Road, south of Long Jin Road, west of Tong Hu Avenue and north of Xu Huai Road, with a planning area of approximately 2.2 square kilometres. It includes two levels: the planning area and the core construction area. The site for the construction of the tourism tower is located in the central part of the laser town in the town living room group, which includes the laser town living room, laser-themed cultural experience base, commercial street area, exhibition centre, landscape tower (landscape core, visual focus) and other comprehensive service areas. The "City Light", together with the Convention Centre and the Cultural Square, forms the core landscape group of the town with a symmetrical central axis, becoming the main resting and sightseeing place for the town's residents and visitors. The four sides are designed with Xiang Yu, the King of Western Chu, as the main theme, highlighting the long and heavy history through the artistic expression of high relief, shallow relief and leakage carving. It is also a unique humanistic spectacle in Suqian, thus highlighting the historical heritage of the "Soul of Western Chu Culture".

The Source of Huaihe Civilisation

The four sides are designed with the main themes of the Trench Settlement, the Shunshanji Culture and the Shunshanji Agricultural Economy Era. Through the artistic expression of high relief, shallow relief and funnel carving, the long and heavy history of the millennium is highlighted, reflecting the clan civilization of Suqian during the Neolithic Age and highlighting the historical heritage and humanistic connotation of Suqian as the "Source of Huaihe Civilization".

The Pulse of Chinese Civilization

The four sides are designed with the main themes of "Drunken Ape in Shuanggou", "From Ape to Man" and "People of Ha Cao Wan" through different artistic techniques such as high relief, shallow relief and funnel carving.
