The unique stools are designed with the concept of the War of Resistance Against Japan. By using weapon elements from the period of the China-Burma-India Expeditionary Force during the War of Resistance Against Japan, it creates an atmosphere of Wanting with a history of war resistance, while also expressing a yearning for and cherishing of peace. The design of the stools is based on the prototypes of bullets, shells, and machine gun mounts displayed in the Wanting China-Myanmar War of Resistance Memorial Hall, full of modern sense while possessing a strong historical atmosphere of the War of Resistance.
The design of the trash cans is based on the prototype of oil drums from the Overseas Chinese Motorists Returning to China to Resist Japan Memorial Hall. It promotes the concept of garbage classification and ecological environmental protection. Integrating culturally significant trash cans into the environment, blending seamlessly with the overall surroundings, complementing each other perfectly, making the trash cans a unique landscape, adding the finishing touch to the scenic area, and attracting the attention of tourists.
Wanting has a cultural atmosphere of the Republic of China. In the Republic of China-style art landscape space, elements from old objects of the Republic of China period from the Expeditionary Force War of Resistance Memorial Hall are incorporated into the scene to create a Republic of China-style space. This tree pool uses elements from the telephone dial of the Republic of China period. The combination of seats and tree pools is beautiful, interesting, and has the functions of guiding sightlines, enclosing and dividing space, and providing leisure areas. The overall design matches the atmosphere of the Republic of China theme, adding a highlight to the space.
