Following Chairman Mao's inscription for the Dongsheng Cooperative as a clue and opportunity, guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and thoroughly implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, we will closely focus on the core tasks of "agriculture, rural areas, and farmers," actively responding to General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions during his inspection of Yunnan. Adhering to Party leadership, and with the theme of "Party leadership driving rural revitalization," we will deeply study and learn from the "Millions of Projects" initiative. Through realistic, experiential, and demonstrative displays, we will comprehensively and systematically showcase the magnificent journey of China's rural reform and development, while focusing on and striving to solve fundamental and overarching problems in the development of rural areas, agriculture, and farmers, to meet the overall needs of national economic and social development and to promote the progress of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

To develop Dongsheng Village into a demonstration base for China's rural reform and development, a training base for China's "agriculture, rural areas, and farmers" education, a training base for rural Party building education in China, and a model village for promoting rural revitalization through strengthening Party building in China.
