This project deeply explores the existing resource advantages of Yanshan County, fully understands the connotation of Tinghu's landscape ecology, and on the premise of protection and development, takes Tinghu as the core, national culture as the foundation, high-quality life as the guide, tourism and leisure culture as a supplement, integrating commerce, hotels, cultural creativity, education, residence, five-element culture, and five-way God of Wealth culture into a high-end living circle. It aims to build Yanshan County's high-end ecological commercial and residential core axis and tourist attraction, creating it into an ecological urban cultural model that is suitable for living, business, learning, and tourism, writing a unique style of Yanshan County on the scroll of urban development.

Master Plan

        Taking the core commercial area, high-end residential area, and university town landscape belt as the core, it efficiently and comprehensively utilizes urban space, integrating Sanqi culture and national culture into urban planning and construction, becoming a waterfront urban center area with modern standards and a sense of contemporary culture, and jointly creating a city living room that showcases the temperament of Yanshan with the administrative center.

The university town is adjacent to Tinghu Lake, with a superior geographical location. Based on the design concept of "nature, humanity, and inheritance," it aims to build "China's Most Beautiful University" and a "centenary old school." Let the charming lakeside scenery of Tinghu Lake and youth form a beautiful landscape, leaving romance and struggle behind on the beautiful lakeshore.
