Adhering to the development concept of high-starting-point planning, high-standard construction, and high-quality management, based on natural resources, supported by human resources, led by tourism resources, and themed "Ancient City Charm, Auspicious Jixian," we are undertaking the design and implementation of urban renewal, urban culture, and urban furniture in three aspects, promoting the progress of urban construction. We strive for the perfect integration of natural landscapes, human history, and industrial characteristics to build a beautiful new Jixian that is livable, touristic, and suitable for business.

Before Renovation

Central Square After Renovation

The existing sculptures in the central square are retained, the existing site is combed, and the spatial division and functional integration of the site are reasonably carried out, distinguishing between open and enclosed spaces. A stone plaque is set up at the entrance of the square, engraved with: Central Square. Local characteristic landscape walls and characteristic seats are added on both sides of the square, visually echoing the surrounding landscape to form a central landscape.

City Living Room——Tourist Gathering Center

Xiaofu Area

The Xiaofu area at the Jixian entrance of the Qinglan Expressway will be replanned. Water features and sculptures will be arranged at the intersection to create a good entrance landscape, with a star-rated resort hotel, supporting commercial facilities, and a tourism gathering center to form a good tourist reception area. Combined with the construction of residential communities, a smart, vibrant, characteristic, and modern urban landscape will be created, creating a good spatial image at the city entrance node and reshaping the image of Jixian's city gate.
