Tourism Project Planning and Design - Putian Jiulong Valley Forest Park Plan

 

Using "Dragon" culture as the theme, leveraging existing forest resources to create an eco-tourism resort integrating ecological protection, cultural tourism, comprehensive entertainment, leisure accommodation, forest sightseeing, ecological science education, and health preservation.

Current Situation Analysis:

1. Unclear tourism positioning and chaotic tourism projects.
2. Insufficient tourism reception capacity and inadequate supporting tourism facilities. Lack of accommodation areas, dining areas, and parking facilities.
3. Many scenic spots have poor landscape quality, and some are even abandoned.
4. Many recreational areas have insufficient publicity, and the facilities are outdated.

Ecological Experience Area

The Jiulong Valley Forest Park ecological experience projects include: Xianrendong Observation Deck, Half-Acre Lotus Pond, Dragon Soaring Light and Shadow Show, Dragon and Tiger Climbing Trail, Seasonal Tree Planting, Dragon Ball Observation Deck, Feifengla, Forest Science and Culture Corridor, and Landscape Pavilion.

 

Core Service Area

The core service area projects include bus stops, entrance service center, ecological parking lot, folk food, visitor service center, existing restaurant, supporting services, service points, electric vehicle parking lot, electric vehicle stops, and ecological toilets.

 

Comprehensive Entertainment Area

The comprehensive entertainment area projects include: Green Dragon Cultural Center (VR high-tech experience, Dragon Palace Amusement Park, Wishing Your Child Success Amusement Hall), Flying Dragon Zipline, Boat Dock, Water Balloons, Jiao Long Soaring Roller Coaster, Suspension Bridge, Jungle Flying, Dragon Valley Drifting, and Double Dragon Playing Water Stepping Stones.

 

Ecological Accommodation Area

The leisure accommodation area projects include Dragon and Phoenix Auspicious Lovers Valley, villa-style hotels, Panlongwoju small wooden houses, Julong Mountain Villa, and existing wooden houses.

 

National Studies Culture Area

National Studies culture projects include the Patriotism Education Base, "Filial Piety" culture, Guanyin Ancient Cave, Mazu Pavilion, Baofeng Temple, Chan Shi Diaolong Zen Institute, and the Chinese Dragon Culture National Studies Hall.

 

Jiulong Valley National Forest Park in Fujian Province is located in Changtai Town, Chengxiang District, Putian City, Fujian Province. It is 32 kilometers away from Putian City area. The forest coverage rate is over 95%, with a total area of 1148 hectares. Located in the subtropical monsoon climate zone, it is commonly known as "Xiajiuli" and is known as the "back garden" of Putian. The scenic area was approved as a provincial forest park in November 2004, was rated as a national forest park in 2006, was rated as a national AAAA-level tourist attraction in 2013, and won the honorary title of national water conservancy scenic area in 2017. The vegetation is divided into the "Min southeast Daiyun Mountain humid warm subtropical rainforest area", with rich landscape resources of plants and animals. The main attractions include: Xia Ke Ancient Road, Jiulong Valley rafting, Mazu Pavilion, Baofeng Temple, Guanyin Ancient Cave, etc.
