According to the spatial layout of the road section, using the design concept of "start,承,转,合", the functional positioning of different road sections is planned. The overall quality improvement and transformation of Jinhu Avenue will create a "new image" for the tourism city gateway, connecting the important channels of the county area and the "fruit and vegetable corridor, mountain and water greenway" along the road to the Dajin Lake tourist area. Injecting innovation and vitality into the city, linking tourism industries along the route, and promoting the comprehensive development of Taining's whole-region tourism through the organic integration of "point, line, and surface".

By leading the "inherent" new type of urbanization construction through "using culture to shape tourism, and using tourism to highlight culture", we will continuously release the advantages and vitality of Taining National Whole Region Tourism Demonstration Area and Provincial Historical and Cultural City, and ultimately become a cultural and tourism city with three-dimensional integrated development of "natural scenery, humanistic landscape, and experiential technology".
