"Sigangli" is a creation epic legend of the Wa people, meaning coming out of a cave (gourd, incubator), and Cangyuan was anciently called "Gourd King Land". Shanxi Jixian

Jixian Suona, with a history of over 480 years, is a representative of folk instrumental music in southern Shanxi. It blends the elegance of the imperial court with the local flavor of the Loess Plateau. In 2006, it was listed as one of the first batch of intangible cultural heritage in Shanxi Province. The artwork uses Jixian Suona as its theme, employing both realistic and exaggerated techniques to depict the postures of playing the Suona, beating drums, and striking cymbals. It is characterized by its high-pitched and passionate sound, presenting a raw and authentic style. The inclusion of a child learning to play symbolizes the inheritance of this culture. The base is a realistic depiction of a Jixian wooden drum, engraved with "盛世欢歌" ("Song of a Prosperous Era") and "Jixian Suona, First Batch of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Shanxi Province." This forms a contrast with the figures above, highlighting the importance of this culture.

Using realistic and relief art, the work delicately depicts the vivid scene of Nanchang carpenters in the late 1980s, shouldering their bags and holding their tools, resolutely embarking on their journey with deep affection for their hometown and aspirations for the future. The background wall, with its rough texture, traces back the thousand-year glorious history of Nanchang carpentry, from shipbuilding and house construction to participation in the construction of historical buildings, all demonstrating its profound cultural heritage and continuous development. On the back of the relief, the inscription by sociologist Fei Xiaotong, "Creating something from nothing, creating something special from something existing, the special lies in the people, and people connect all directions," shines brightly, highly summarizing the path of Nanchang's economic rise. The interwoven shadow carvings and line engravings on both sides showcase the booming development of Nanchang's furniture industry since 1993, under the support of government policies and the unremitting efforts of the people, continuously creating brilliance.
