This project design adheres to Xi Jinping's ecological civilization thought as guidance, implements General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speeches during his inspection of Yunnan, takes ecological civilization construction as the foundation, centers on the people, and takes the new development concept as the fundamental principle. It integrates the "thousands of miles of green trails and tens of thousands of miles of flower belts" into the concept, relies on Wenshan's unique cultural resource advantages, urban spirit advantages, and industrial brand advantages, and strives to achieve the optimal solution for project design through four strategies: political, economic, cultural, and ecological. Accelerate urban renewal, find the positioning and theme of each city entrance, and transform them into beautiful gardens, forest parks, and citizen parks. The geographical location of Tinghu Scenic Area is superior, and the transportation is extremely convenient. It boasts abundant natural resources, vast waters, and is surrounded by environmentally friendly woodland. The entire area is embraced by greenery, flowers, and lawns, creating a refreshing and delightful atmosphere.

This plan includes the city portal image, main urban nodes, central urban landscape belt, urban public spaces, parks and squares, urban greenways, ecological restoration, and other content.

Wandian, meaning "where the sun is at its zenith" in Dai, symbolizes prosperity and continuous development. The project is located in Dehong Dai and Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture, southwest China, bordering Myanmar. It is separated from the important Myanmar town of Kengtung (also known as Mong Sai) by a river, creating a unique landscape of "one city, two countries". The total area is 103 square kilometers, with a border line of 28.646 kilometers.

Sanguang area belongs to Xingjie Town, Xichou County, 10 kilometers from the town government, 38 kilometers from the county seat, 60 kilometers from the prefectural government, and 80 kilometers from the national-level Tianbao port. The total land area is 44 square kilometers, with 30 square kilometers of rocky desertification. There are a total of 9 villages. It is one of the most severely rocky desertified areas in Xichou County, with scattered land, small effective cultivated area, low forest and grass vegetation coverage, and severe water shortage. It is a typical low-yield area of rocky desertification.
